FABA Storm and the Phillies lit up the scoreboard on Saturday as they combined for 19 runs. In the end, FABA Storm won the offensive battle 10-9 in six innings.
The teams banged out 26 hits hits between them, as well as nine for extra bases.
The game was back-and-forth heading into the sixth, with five lead changes.
FABA Storm's Evan Blickley was perfect at the dish, going 3-3. He singled in the first, second, and sixth innings.
FABA Storm quickly matched the Phillies' strong inning with a five-run inning of its own in the second. FABA Storm scored on an RBI single by Jack Riffle, a two-run double by Keith Hollinger, an RBI single by Evan, and an RBI single by Owen Schlegel.
The Phillies brought home one run in the third inning, and matched that run total in the sixth. In the third, the Phillies scored on an error, scoring Sicher.
After a quick strike from the Phillies, FABA Storm responded with three runs in the sixth. FABA Storm scored on a two-run single by Owen and an RBI double by Todd Hitchens.
