Fleetwood Area Baseball Association

PRESIDENT

Eric Luckenbill
[email protected]

Eric Luckenbill is beginning his first year as President of FABA. He spent the last year serving FABA as the head of the coaches committee. Eric has been a teacher at Emmaus HS for the last 15 years, and is also the JV head boys basketball coach at Emmaus. He is married to Heidi and they have two children, Matthew and Hannah. Eric spent last year coaching Matthew’s American League team, as well as the 8u tournament team. He looks forward to coaching Hannah’s t-ball team in the spring, and enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, coaching, hunting, biking, reading, and all things baseball and basketball.
My goals as the new President of FABA are simple, and revolve around the following mission statement: Create an environment for all of the students in the Fleetwood Area School District to have a place to play baseball, with a focus on Fun, Development, and Competition.

VICE PRESIDENT

Josh Meck
[email protected]
484-955-5601

Josh has been a part of Fleetwood baseball from a young age playing at Smith field as a little leaguer. Josh has become more involved again with the FABA program from starting to coach his son Mason’s tee ball team a few years ago to now being elected into the Vice President position on the board and still coaching. Josh has a son (Mason) daughter (Briley) and his wife Brooke, all whom you will see around the ballfield helping where needed. With all of the changes coming to FABA and Smith field, he is excited to be able to contribute and help continue the legacy of Smith field that he remembers when playing baseball as a youth. The whole idea of the FABA program is to provide a safe place to educate youth about the sport of baseball, teaching good sportsmanship and most of all providing a fun environment for kids to be kids. At the end of the day, without the support and volunteers the kids would be missing out on such a wonderful place that has stood the test of time. During the off season when Josh isn’t at the field, he enjoys spending time with his family camping and making memories during their travels.

TREASURER

Randal Ridenour
[email protected]

Randal is beginning his first year as treasurer for FABA. Last year he served as a member of the coaches committee. Randal has worked at Orkin Pest Control for the last 18 years and prior to that worked in the athletic department at the University of Cincinnati where he was the video coordinator for football. Randal is married to Amy and they have one son, Zach. The last two seasons he has been an assistant coach on Zach’s FABA baseball teams and looks forward to assisting again in the spring. When Randal isn’t on a baseball field you can most likely catch he and his family at a local sporting event. He enjoys all types of sports, traveling, reading and collecting baseball cards with Zach.

SECRETARY

Tyler Wolfinger
[email protected]

Tyler Wolfinger is beginning his first year as Secretary of FABA. He has head coached T-Ball and coach pitch for 3 years. He is married to Stephanie and they have two children, Nolan and Waylon. Tyler has worked for Penske Truck Leasing for the last 10 years and is currently the Branch Service Manager at the Reading location. He enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys, coaching, golfing, building cornhole boards and attending Phillies and Flyers games.
